Exchange policy for our handcrafted products

Important Notice

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and made-to-order process, we offer exchanges only. No refunds are available as each item is specially crafted for you.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item was sent due to our error
  • Significant defect in craftsmanship (not normal handmade variations)
  • Product does not match the description provided

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or size (inherent to handmade items)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Exchange Timeline
  • 7 days from delivery date to report issues
  • 3-5 business days for us to review your exchange request
  • 7-10 business days to receive replacement item after approval
  • Original item must be returned in original packaging
